Inquiry

You fill out the contact form. We review and reply within 8–12 hours with availability, pricing, and any questions about your session. No pressure, no obligation.

Booking & Deposit

Once you're happy to proceed, a deposit secures your date. You'll receive a booking confirmation with all session details. The deposit is deducted from your total.

Session Prep

We send over a session guide covering location recommendations, what to wear, what to bring, and what to expect on the day. You'll also receive a contract that outlines your selected package, delivery terms, payment terms, model release, and all the important details — so everything is clear before we meet. Any questions answered before you arrive.

The Session

Relaxed, guided, and paced to suit you and your family. We direct naturally — no stiff posing. Sessions run 20 minutes (minis) to 90+ minutes (full sessions).

Your Gallery

Fully retouched images delivered via a private online gallery. Download in full resolution, share with family, and order prints directly. Your curated collection, ready to be treasured.

Common Inquiries

Frequent Questions

What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens, especially with little ones. Reschedules are accommodated with 48 hours' notice — your deposit carries forward to the new date. Let's communicate early and we'll find something that works.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 4–8 weeks out, especially for weekend sessions. Peak seasons — autumn and spring — fill up faster. Last-minute sessions occasionally open up, so it's always worth asking.
What if my kids don't cooperate?
This is actually our specialty. We keep things moving, turn it into a game, and capture the chaos beautifully. Some of the best shots come from unscripted moments when they're just being kids.
How do I receive my photos?
You'll receive a link to a password-protected, high-resolution online gallery. Download all your images, share the link with family, and order prints directly from there.
Can I order prints?
Absolutely. Your gallery is integrated with a professional lab. Order museum-quality prints, framed art, and albums directly from the gallery with just a few clicks.
